cold water renews cells [power of water]

hello,to rejuvinate cells,feel fresh and energised, cold water is an amazing tool. There is an actual science HYDROTHERAPY which we talked about in the previous blog. When cold water is applied to the body through showering it opensup the capillaries and flushes blood deep into all your internal organs.Essentially you are flushing your system with new blood and encouraging circulation. When the capillaries open , the blood in your system will have no choice but to leave and new blood enters carrying more oxygen to nourish your body and rejuvenate cells. Normally body cells recuperate in 72 days. Recuperation becomes  slower as you get older. But practicing hydrotherapy stimulates the cells .
It is better than exercising for hours . Exercise cannot stimulate the cell psyche to the extend as cold water.
Hydrotherapy boosts fat loss. It  boost metabolism and strengthens the nervous system. The body works hard to re-establish the normal level of warmth thus burning extra calories and melting off fat is added benefit.
It stimulates the "brown fat' in your body to warms the body and hence lose fat. It has been shown scientifically .
To feel fresh and energised , apply cold water to front of neck and let it run down to rest of the body. When applied to chest and front of the body ,the blood chemistry changes for the better. Step under cold water for 5 seconds ,then out of water and massage your body and feel the warmth comeback .Repeat for 10-15 minutes. Massage your body with almond oil, olive oil or mustard oil before getting wet as skin more easily absorbs oil when mixed with water, there by nourishing the body through pores.

HYDROTHERAPY
Hydrotherapy is the use of water for treatment of diseases, which has been around for thousands of years used by Yogis, Rishis and even by ancient Greeks and Romans. It is an integral part in many traditional medicine systems.
Healing properties of Hydrotherapy  are based on its mechanical and /or thermal effects. It makes use of body's reaction to hot or cold stimuli, to the protracted application of heat, to the pressure exerted by water and to the sensation of water itself. Nerves carry what is felt by the skin deeper into the body. Here it is then vital in stimulating the immune system , influencing production of stress hormone, improving circulation and digestion, encouraging flow of blood and lessoning body's sensitivity to pain.

HEAT is used to quiet and soothe the body and slow down the activity of internal organs.

COLD is used to stimulate and invigorate, increasing internal activities of body.

If you are experiencing  tense muscles or anxiety ,heat is recommended in the shower or bath.
If feeling tired and strained out take a warm shower or bath followed by a short cold shower to help stimulate body or mind.
When submerged in a body of water ,a bath or pool, there is a kind of weightlessness as water relieves the body of much of the effect of gravity. Water also has a hydrostatic effect and gives a massage like feeling as water gently kneads the body. When it is moving it stimulates the touch receptors on the skin, increasing blood flow and releasing tight muscles.
TYPES OF  HYDROTHERAPY
Under this general heading there are several techniques.-
Baths ,Showers ,Neutral baths, Sitz baths, Contrast baths, cold mutton friction rubs, Foot baths , steam inhalation, Hot compress ,alternate hot and cold compress , body wraps , wet sheet packs and salt glow, hot spring i.e. mineral baths Jacuzzi, steam baths and many more inventive methods.
The application of moist heat is called fomentation.

hallo,

eat right to keep fit
but what is right.
so many diets and advises are available .
it .is mind boggling
i have started this sight to give a platform to people to discuss their dietary problems
till next time---------
all the time one is asked to AVOID CARBS. TO LOSE WEIGHT.
why?
they are good source of cheap energy and fibre.
Go slow on carbs but there is no

thing bad about unprocessed ,fibrous variety.
but there is a rule
never combine fats with carbohydrates ie limilt your fat intake while eating carbs and vice-versa
for fats release fatty acids in blood and carbs increase the release of insulin
fatty acid +insulin= fat storage
Insulin also causes certain fatty acid "transporters" to activate within the fat cells easier.
so essentially a "deadly combo"
while eating fats limit carbs intake to less than 10 grams in that meal.
thus by not eating fats and carbs in the same meal you will create a more optimised fat burning hormone
